Hi, I'm Cecilia!

I am an award-winning fine art artist that has always loved doodling on skin and meeting new people and found a way to do that while getting paid. In 2022, I graduated from Nevada Highschool. In January 2023 I started my apprenticeship at Lunar Parlor and am now tattooing. I love all things anime and K-pop but can talk about almost anything under the sun and a few things further away. I'm excited to evolve in this new medium and cannot wait to help you make your visions come to life while learning about you or obsessively info dumping.
